Megha is a clinical nutritionist, microbiology expert and weight management consultant who brings a young, fresh outlook to the Nutrition By Lovneet team. Curious about how food nourishes the body and helps prevent disease, she studied nutrition at the postgraduate level to gain skills and scientific knowledge, after completing her bachelor’s in Microbiology from Delhi University. She also holds a certificate in child nutrition and cooking from Stanford University. Under the guidance of mentor Lovneet Batra, She has helped many clients to overcome issues like weight management, thyroid, PCOS, postnatal weight gain through effective diet and lifestyle management. Dealing with these diversity of issues, she has gained insight into how healthy eating is not about fad diets, but about adopting a holistic approach to nutrition. Her mantra for good health? A healthy lifestyle coupled with healthy eating. Her aim is to help people develop a better relationship with food through scientific, sustainable diets and behaviour management.
