Yes. In the assessment stage, we do a thorough analysis of what is ailing you, what medication you are currently on and other specifics related to your health condition. Armed with this knowledge, we chart out a diet plan for you.
This depends on your plan. If you choose the plan with Lovneet, you get 1 one-on-one consultation per week. If you choose the Team NBL plan, you get 1 one-on-one consultation per week with an NBL team member and 1 group session per month with Lovneet.
No, we do not provide cooked meals, ingredients or food delivery. We give you a daily meal plan with what to eat, when, and in what quantity.
We do not provide recipes, but an outline of what to eat. You can find several healthy recipes on our site.
If necessary, Lovneet and her team do prescribe supplements, after studying your reports.
Weight loss metrics also vary from person to person. When you lose fat too quickly, your body doesn’t have the time to adapt and reset to the new you. We encourage our patients to aim to lose weight at the rate of ½ to 1 kilogram per week, as this slower rate allows your body to adapt to the new metabolic demands, keeping the weight off for good.
Results will vary depending on your existing health issues, goals, age and bio-individuality. No diet will work overnight. Your diet chart/meal plan is customised for you, based on your unique requirements, to help you achieve YOUR health goals. A third person may not stand to gain or achieve their health goals by following your plan.
We don’t believe in deprivation diets that cut out certain food groups completely (unless absolutely necessary). We prescribe balanced and easy-to-follow diets that you can stick with in the long-term.
There are two options - you can choose to consult directly with Lovneet or work with Team NBL, our team of clinical nutritionists who have trained under Lovneet.
