We do not provide recipes, but an outline of what to eat. You can find several healthy recipes on our site.
This depends on your plan. If you choose the plan with Lovneet, you get 1 one-on-one consultation per week. If you choose the Team NBL plan, you get 1 one-on-one consultation per week with an NBL team member and 1 group session per month with Lovneet.
We don’t believe in deprivation diets that cut out certain food groups completely (unless absolutely necessary). We prescribe balanced and easy-to-follow diets that you can stick with in the long-term.
