- Peels of 4 apple
- 2 cup of Water
- 2 tbsp Mishri
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Grind the peel and one cup water until smooth paste.
- In a pan, put the apple peels paste and cook until mushy.
- Add mishri and stir well until mix properly.
- Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.
- Serve as it is. Store in a glass container in fridge.
