How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Barley flour
  • 1/2 chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • Salt According to taste
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
  •  In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead properly.
  • Kept it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Knead it once more, then flatten and roll using dry flour.
  • Cook the paratha and apply ghee on it before serving
