- 2 tbsp Barley flour
- 1/2 chopped green chillies
- 1/4 chopped onion
- Salt According to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead properly.
- Kept it aside for 10 minutes.
- Knead it once more, then flatten and roll using dry flour.
- Cook the paratha and apply ghee on it before serving
