- ½ cup Sprout Beans
- 1 cup Vegetable Stock
- ¼ cup Green Onion (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp Garlic ( finely chopped)
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- Pink Salt According to taste
- 1 tsp Peanut oil
- In a pan, heat oil and saute green onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add vegetable stock and sprout beans; saute for another 4 minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot
