  • ½ cup Sprout Beans
  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • ¼ cup Green Onion (finely minced)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic ( finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Pink Salt According to taste
  • 1 tsp Peanut oil

Method

  • In a pan, heat oil and saute green onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Add vegetable stock and sprout beans; saute for another 4  minutes.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Serve hot
