How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Broccoli (blanched)
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 Black Cardamom (crushed)
  • 3 Black peppercorns
  • 1 Cinnamon stick 
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Cloves
  • Salt According to taste
  • 2 Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp milk cream
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • ½ cup Water
Cooking
Instructions
  • Heat ghee in a deep pan and add black cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves and peppercorns.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.
  • Add onion and cook until translucent. 
  • Add tomato puree and all the spices. Stir well for 10 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and cook for a min. 
  • On a low flame heat, add milk cream and stir well.
  • Cover with lid for 2 minutes on low flame heat.
  • Serve hot.
