How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • Channa Dal (soaked)  1 tbsp
  • Ghia                               2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste       1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder            ½ tsp
  • Salt                           According to taste
  • Water                            1 cup
  • Baghar
  • Ghee                                    1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds                     ½ tsp
  • Red chilli Powder (optional)  ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder              ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala                     1/8 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  (chopped) 1 tsp
Cooking
Instructions
  • Peel, wash and soak the ghia.
  • Pressure cook ghia, channa dal, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and water for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare a baghar of cumin seeds and mix in dal.
  • Add coriander leaves on the top.
  • Serve hot.
