
Ingredients
- 2 tsp ghee
- ¼ cup onion (minced)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin powdered
- 1 tsp coriander powdered
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup tomato (diced)
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Salt According to taste
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions, garlic and ginger.
- Reduce heat to medium and sauté until onions are golden.
- Add cumin, coriander, turmeric and black pepper.
- Saute for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and tomato puree, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook well for 5 minutes.
- Add peas and water.
- Mix well.
- Cover with lid and simmer until done about 10 minutes.
- Add salt and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatti.
