- ½ tsp Garlic paste
- 2 medium size Beetroot (unpeeled)
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tsp Homemade butter
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- Salt According to taste
- Pressure cook the beetroot for 4 whistles.
- In a mixie , churn the beetroot with water until smooth paste.
- Heat the butter in a pan and stir continuously.
- Add beetroot mixture, garlic paste, black pepper and salt; mix well and stir for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
