How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Spinach (blanched)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 2 Green Chilli (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Mustard seed
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp tur dal (boiled)
  • Salt According to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Cooking
Instructions
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed and let them splutter.
  • Add onion and saute till translucent.
  • Add tomatoes, spinach and salt. Stir well and cook for 6 minutes.  
  • Add tur daal and green chillies and cook it.
  • Add black pepper and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
