- 2 cups Spinach (blanched)
- 1 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 Green Chilli (chopped)
- ½ tsp Mustard seed
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp tur dal (boiled)
- Salt According to taste
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed and let them splutter.
- Add onion and saute till translucent.
- Add tomatoes, spinach and salt. Stir well and cook for 6 minutes.
- Add tur daal and green chillies and cook it.
- Add black pepper and mix well.
- Serve hot.
