- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 brown Cardamom (crushed)
- 8 Kashmiri whole chillies
- 20 Whole garlic
- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 cups Water
- Salt According to taste

Instructions
- In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients.
- Let it cook for 3 whistles.
- Serve it hot.
