- 2 tbsp makkai flour
- 1 tbsp whey water (accordingly)
- 1 tsp raddish (grated)
- 1 tsp fenugreek leaves (chopped)
- Salt According to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead properly.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Knead it once more, then flatten and roll using dry flour.
- Cook the chapati and apply ghee on it before serving
