How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp English cucumber (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Red kidney (rinsed, drained and boiled)
  • ¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Mexican oregano herb

Cooking
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. 
  • Serve cold.
