- 1 tsp channa flour
- 1 tsp barley flour
- 1 tsp amaranth flour
- 1 tsp besan
- Salt According to taste
- Water Accordingly
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and knead properly.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Knead it once more then flatten and roll using dry flour.
- Cook the chapati and apply ghee on it before serving
