- ¼ cup Potato peel (washed and cut into slices)
- 1 tbsp Bengal gram flour
- Salt According to taste
- A pinch of Black pepper
- Red chilli powder
- Ghee for frying
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except ghee.
- In a kadhai, add ghee and let it come on the high temperature for frying.
- Start putting potato peel mixture in kadhai until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
