How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Pumpkin
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 cups of water 
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • Salt According to taste

Cooking
Instructions
  • Cut the skin of the pumpkin and scrape the seeds.
  • Cut the pumpkin into chunks.
  • In a deep pan, add all the ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and let simmer rapidly until pumpkin is tender.
  • Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot.
