- 2 tbsp Quinoa powdered
- 1 tsp Beetroot grated (without juice)
- 1 tbsp Potato (boiled and mashed)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- A pinch black pepper
- A pinch red pepper
- Salt According to Taste
- Ghee, for frying
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients properly except ghee.
- Make small balls from the dough and give them cylindrical shape.
- Heat the ghee in a deep pan, fry cutlets until slightly brown.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney or coriander mint dip.
