How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Quinoa powdered
  • 1 tsp Beetroot grated (without juice)
  • 1 tbsp Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • A pinch black pepper
  • A pinch red pepper
  • Salt According to Taste
  • Ghee, for frying

Instructions
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients properly except ghee. 
  • Make small balls from the dough and give them cylindrical shape.
  • Heat the ghee in a deep pan, fry cutlets until slightly brown.
  •  Serve hot with tomato chutney or coriander mint dip.
