- 2 tbsp Rajmah (boiled and mashed)
- 1 tbsp Bengal gram flour
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped onions
- ½ tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Ghee for frying
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except ghee.
- Knead well to form stiff dough.
- Make 4 balls and gently flatten them with your palm.
- Fry till it browns lightly on both sides
