
Ingredients
- ½ cup hung curd
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp kasuri methi (crushed)
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
- ¼ tsp ajwain
- 2 tsp Bengal gram flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt According to taste
- 3 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup onions (petals)
- ¼ cup capsicum (cubed)
- ¼ cup yellow bell pepper (cubed)
- ¼ cup red bell peppers (cubes)
- 100 gm Tofu (cubes)

Cooking
Instructions
- In hungcurd, add in all the spices along with salt.
- Add onion petals, cubed capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and tofu cubes.
- Add 1 tsp of oil.
- Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well.
- To marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After marination, insert the marinated tofu and vegetables into wooden skewers.
- Roast it on a hot tawa or tandoor.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
- Serve tofu tikka immediately.
