
Ingredients
- 8 Ridge Gourd Skin (washed and roasted in peanut oil)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Jaggery powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 inch Ginger
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Onion
- ½ cup Water

Cooking
Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixie grinder until smooth paste.
- Store in a glass jar.
