How to prepare?

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp paneer (mashed)
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 tsp butter (homemade)
  • 1 tsp green chutney
  • A pinch of chat masala
  • A pinch of cumin powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp tomato chutney

Cooking
Instructions
  • Put butter on each slice of the bread.
  • Spread green chutney on them.
  • Place veggies and mashed paneer on it.
  • Cover with another slice of buttered bread.
  • Place them in an electric griller until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato chutney.
