Chilled Cucumber and Aloe Soup
Instructions:
1. Blend
- Add chopped cucumbers, mint leaves, aloe vera gel, black pepper, and pink salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
2. Strain
- Strain the blended mixture into a bowl to remove any fiber or pulp.
3. Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes or serve immediately with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves if desired.
