Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nutrition by Lovneet, we are committed to providing high-quality services designed to support your health and wellness goals.

Please note that due to the nature of our services (nutrition plans and consultations), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a service has been purchased.

Service Policy:

  • By purchasing any nutrition plan, consultation, or service from Nutrition by Lovneet, you acknowledge and agree that all services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Customized nutrition plans are tailored specifically to each client’s needs, and therefore cannot be returned or resold.

  • We encourage you to read through the service details carefully and reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues:

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your nutrition plan (such as not receiving your plan by email), please contact us immediately at lb@nutritionbylovneet.com, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to reschedule a consultation appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited without refund.

  • Once a personalized service has been initiated (i.e., a consultation conducted, or a plan created), cancellation and refund are not possible.

European Union Customers:

  • As a service-based business providing customized health plans, the 14-day EU cooling-off period does not apply, as per EU consumer protection laws for personalized services.
