Notes/ Precautions

Delicate Dough – Amaranth flour lacks gluten, making the dough slightly fragile. Handle gently while rolling.

Rolling Tip – You can roll between two sheets of parchment or plastic if needed.

Variations – Add fresh coriander, green chili, or grated carrot to the dough for an extra burst of flavor and nutrients.

Serving Suggestion – Best served hot with a dollop of ghee or butter on top.
